Week 3 assignment

The Inspiration program is truly a breakthrough in technological teaching. The program can help student's organize their thoughts, projects, notes, whatever it is they like well keeping the process simple and organized. The Inspiration program not only helps the student with the organization, it does so in a way that allows any student to be traditional or original in their presentation. Having this aspect greatly enhances the effort many students would be willing to put forth into a project, finding a sense of self identity can happen even through a project. The program is universal, not limited to one subject or one outline type. It is perfect for the more techniclogically inclined students of the future generations. The Inspiration can be used in the classroom to take simple notes or create a presentation that is easy for the class to understand and analyze. As traditional methods become more obsolete newer and easier programs may replace worksheets and outlines helping students understand more. Inspiration may well be the future of education outlining.

Teaching children to write can be a horrid experience or an extremely enjoyable one, however it all relies on two things. How well you know your students and how well you can connect with them. As technology expands and becomes more common among teenagers and young adults, even some as young as elementary school children, it is essential for a teacher to learn how to use this to one's advantage. Using imagery can be an effective alternative to outdated overhead projections, students on this generation respond better to the technology they are used to. Having a student write a journal can be a fantastic idea however having student's write a blog can be a much easier source to maintain as well as for the students to maintain as well. Many children already have online journals and social websites that may be implemented into teaching methods. The use of Myspace to present a work of literature "as the author", creating a fan group on facebook as "supporters of the revolutionary war". Media such as movies, music, books, comics can all be found online and can help connect with students on a more exciting level. The teacher can also monitor students posts, blogs, and other entries at an easier time. As long as one knows what sources to use and how to effectively integrate what the children can easy connect with, a teacher can teach just as well if not better than the traditional way.

  1. I didnt think the way Jhusten thought but it is pretty interesting how he mixed entertainment sources such as facebook, myspace with the school journals. Actually this is a easy means of making students have fun and learn at the same time. It is true Insipiration is a program is universal and is not just limited to one subject. Its advance technology covers every bit of every subject making our work much easier and faster to learn and present to the classroom. i know using this technology in the classroom might me little difficult but once there is a good connection between the teacher and the student i believe it would be a fun class with gain of different knoweldge more faster and easily.
